Aida owns multiple businesses including Incentive Development Corporation and TadpoleGiant LLC. Having grown up in Venezuela, New York and France, she has a profound respect for the cultures and unique perspectives that come from her global upbringing. She is multi-lingual and has a BA in International Relations with a minor in French from Tufts and an MBA from Yale with a concentration in Finance. Aida is guided by her values-based education and when she isn’t running a business, she can more often be found biking in preparation for her annual RAGBRAI 500-mile seven-day bike ride across Iowa. Aida also generously shares her talents and resources as a volunteer within the Eagan and Inver Grove Heights communities.

Thomas is a multidimensional business leader who has spent his entrepreneurial career at the intersection of CEO, investor, and consultant. He’s always been a competitive leader. As a testament, in 2nd grade he earned the 3rd runner up in the school spelling bee - a business professional, a competitive force, and a man for the alphabet! Thomas combines his extensive knowledge base in critical and creative strategic thinking with his wide professional network to create connections, partnerships, and collaborations for his clients. He generously shares his talents with young entrepreneurs as a mentor for Entrepreneurs’ Organization. An entrepreneur under Thomas’ guidance is sure to find success. Thomas is also an avid outdoorsman with an appreciation for nature and an active lifestyle.

Together with their three children, Thomas and Aida Schaefer operate a hobby farm and serve as community leaders and volunteers within their Church, schools and community.
